R for Clinical Workflows

We’re excited to provide online tutorials designed for clinical workflows to help clinicians and researchers understand and implement R (Tidyverse, Pharmaverse etc.) for their work.

R is a powerful and versatile programming language widely used in clinical research and healthcare settings. You can use R for tasks such as data cleaning, data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization.

We’re excited to provide online tutorials designed for clinical workflows to help clinicians and researchers understand and implement R (Tidyverse, Pharmaverse, etc.) for their work. Over time, we will have various parts that will come together for a thorough clinical workflow. We plan to tackle SDTM, TLGs, and other sections over the course of 2023!

Each part has a live and interactive Posit Cloud environment preconfigured. Please click the “Launch Posit Cloud” to work with the live code. Please feel free to copy the repo and customize the examples for your own internal pharma-specific workflows!
